By accessing or using the 302 (302.mx) platform, you acknowledge you have fully read, understood, and accepted these terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the platform.

Account Creation and Security

- Only one account may be registered per mobile number.
Password & Security
- Keeping your account password and login details confidential is your responsibility.
- Do not share your password or OTP with any third party.
- If unauthorized access is suspected, immediately change your password and notify support.
- Users are solely responsible for any loss caused by failure to secure their accounts.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
Every user must comply with the following rules while using the 302 platform. Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent closure of the account.
- Use the platform only for legal and personal entertainment purposes.
- Using another user’s account or identity fraud is strictly prohibited.
- Attempting to manipulate the system using automated software, bots, or hacking tools is prohibited.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions is strictly prohibited.
- Accounts may be canceled and bonuses forfeited if bonuses or promotional offers are misused.
- Rude or inappropriate behavior towards other users or staff is prohibited.
Payment and Transaction Policy
All transactions on 302 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, and approved bank transfers.
- Minimum deposit amount is ৳৫০০ (BDT 500).
- Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically instant.
- Only use payment methods registered in your own name.
- Deposits made through a third party may be canceled.
- Withdrawals are normally processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
- Account verification may be required before withdrawal.
- A specific turnover requirement must be met before bonus balances can be withdrawn.
- Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in case of suspicious transactions.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy and Liability
When an account may be suspended or closed
302 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of any clause of these terms.
- If evidence of fraud, cheating, or illegal activity is found.
- Attempting to manage multiple accounts.
- Misuse of the bonus system.
- If evidence of account use by a minor is found.
- According to the directives of the applicable law enforcement authorities.
Whether to refund a valid balance on account closure depends on the circumstances.
Liability
302 does not accept liability for the following:
- In case of service interruption due to internet outages or technical errors.
- Delayed transactions due to issues with third-party payment providers.
- Any loss caused by user’s own mistakes.
- If services are interrupted due to unexpected events or force majeure.
Gaming involves risk. 302 is not liable for any financial compensation for losses from betting.
Intellectual Property, Third Party, and Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All 302 platform content – logos, designs, games, software, text, and graphics – are the intellectual property of 302. Copying, distribution, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.
Third-party links
The 302 platform may sometimes use third-party game providers or services. 302 is not responsible for the quality or security of these third-party services. Users are advised to read their terms carefully.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
302 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
